Hey there! 💅 At MiiMii Beauty Lounge, my goal is to make sure every visit you have is amazing. I love what I do, and I always work with care, honesty, and a lot of knowledge about nails, lashes, and beauty. I want every client to feel special and leave happy!


Because I run my business on my own, I need to make sure everyone understands my policies. Don’t worry—I’m not strict for fun, I just need to make sure I can keep doing what I love and pay my bills. Here’s how it works:


By paying your deposit, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to these terms & conditions.

  • If you don’t show up or cancel less than 6 hours before your appointment, you’ll need to pay 50–100% of the fee. You get one “oops” late show per year. After that, the policy will be strictly applied.
  • You have a 10-minute grace period.
  • Arriving later than 10 minutes = R100 late fee.

  • I may have to shorten or reschedule your service to keep other clients on time.

  • Normal hours:
    Mon–Fri: 09h00–19h00
    Sat: 09h00–14h00
    Sun: Closed
    Early or late appointments are possible, but they cost R100 extra.

  • Please remove old product before your appointment.
  • If not, I may reschedule or shorten your service, and you may owe 50% of the fee.

  • Each service (hands, feet, lashes, massage) is separate.

  • Cancelling one service from a multi-service booking = R50 cancellation fee per service.

  • I cannot accept walk-ins because I work from home.

  • Always book in advance to avoid disappointment.

  • Give your full name and surname when booking.
    Send the date, time, and any nail designs you want.
    If you book for someone else, you’re responsible for sharing all my info and rules with them.

    Please give new clients my number or share all my info with them to avoid misunderstandings.

    I do not take phone calls for appointments—WhatsApp only.

    I’ll confirm when you book and again a week before.

    If I forget, please check in yourself to secure your spot.

    Don’t hoot or call my name outside.

    Message me when you’re in front.

    No extra visitors unless they also have an appointment.

    If you’re early, please wait in your car until your slot.

    Children under 13 are not allowed unless they have an appointment.

    Please arrange childcare in advance.

    Don’t book if you’re sick.

    Please let me know if you’re unwell so we can reschedule.

    If you lie about being sick, I can refuse service and charge the full fee.

    Phones must stay on silent during your service.

    If phone use interrupts, I may shorten your service or charge the full fee.

    A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking (non-refundable).

    Deposit covers late shows, no-shows, and grace periods.

    Cancellations within 12 hours = lose your full deposit.

    Payment methods: Cash (exact amount preferred) or EFT (instant payments).

    Prices may change without notice.

    If something isn’t right, I’ll fix it within 5 business days.

    No refunds after the service.

    Remember: Nails are jewels, not tools!

    I’m not responsible if something happens due to incorrect or incomplete info you gave me.

    I’m not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, or for your car while parked.

    Your personal info stays private.

    I never share your details with third parties unless required by law.

    I may refuse service if:

    You have a contagious nail condition.

    You have open or infected wounds.

    You’re sick and could be harmed by the service.

    You’re more than 10 minutes late.

    You are rude, disrespectful, or behave inappropriately.
