Booking is simple.

✔ Send any nail inspiration photos if applicable
✔ Let me know your preferred date and time
Appointments are booked via WhatsApp only.
I do not accept phone call bookings.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and are used to reserve your appointment time.
Payment methods accepted:
• Cash (exact amount preferred)
• EFT (instant payments only)
The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
To help us make the most of your appointment:
• Please remove old nail products before arriving where possible.
• Send any design inspiration ahead of time.
• If you are feeling unwell, please contact me to reschedule.
• Please arrange childcare if required.
Children under 13 are not permitted unless they have their own appointment.
I will confirm your appointment when booked and again before your appointment date.
If you haven't heard from me, please feel free to send a message to confirm your booking.
As I operate from a home-based studio:
• Please message me when you arrive.
• Kindly do not hoot or call from outside.
• If you arrive early, please wait in your vehicle until your appointment time.
• No additional visitors unless they also have a booked appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may incur a R100 late fee.
Depending on my schedule, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

Life happens, and I understand that plans can change.
• Cancellations within 12 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-shows and repeated last-minute cancellations may be charged up to the full appointment value.
• Every client receives one grace opportunity per year before stricter policies are applied.
Standard business hours:
Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 19:00
Saturday: 09:00 – 14:00
Sunday: Closed
Appointments outside these hours may be available and will incur an additional R100 fee.
Each service is booked independently.
Should you cancel one service within a multi-service booking, a cancellation fee may apply for that service.
