Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the appointment fee.

Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted future bookings.

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

Arrivals later than 10 minutes may result in a R100 late fee and/or a shortened service.

Workmanship-related issues must be reported within 5 days.

Damage caused by misuse, picking, or accidents is not covered.

The business reserves the right to refuse service in cases of:

• Contagious conditions
• Inappropriate behaviour
• Late arrival beyond acceptable limits
