Life happens, and I understand that plans can change. I always aim to be fair and accommodating, but repeated last-minute changes affect my business and prevent other clients from booking.

• Cancellations within 12 hours: Your deposit will be forfeited.

• No-shows: May be charged up to 100% of the appointment value.

• Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling: May result in forfeiture of your full service fee (100%) and restrictions on future bookings, depending on the circumstances.

• One grace opportunity: Each client receives one grace opportunity per calendar year before stricter cancellation and rescheduling policies are applied.
